1. Educational use only
All content on ProForma School is for general educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice, and it does not promise or imply any financial result. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own licensed professionals before acting on any deal.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared.
3. License and intellectual property
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that course and its materials for your own learning. All lessons, text, worksheets, downloads, quizzes, and other materials are the property of Online Store Sales LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, share, sublicense, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, except for downloading materials expressly provided for your personal use. Sharing account access or course materials is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination without refund.
4. Purchases and access
Prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, each course you purchase is yours to access for the lifetime of the Service. We may update, improve, or retire course content over time.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.
