Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our courses are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are available under the conditions below.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund for a course purchase if all of the following are true:

  • You request it within 3 days of purchase;
  • You have completed less than 20% of the course;
  • You have not downloaded the course worksheets or other downloadable resources; and
  • You have not been issued a certificate for the course.

Bundles

Bundle purchases are eligible under the same conditions, applied to the bundle as a whole, provided no course within the bundle exceeds the limits above.

How to request a refund

Email info@proformaschool.com from the address on your order, with your order number and the course name. We will review and, if eligible, process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
