Why we built it

Most people sit down at a commercial real estate deal at an information disadvantage. The free content teaches vocabulary, not logic. The expensive programs cost thousands and assume you already speak the language. There was nothing in between for the serious self-directed learner who is past YouTube but not ready to spend $1,300 to $3,600 on a credential program.

So we built the practical, deal-first curriculum we wish existed: twenty-four courses across five levels, from your first cap rate to a ground-up development, taught with real numbers and the templates professionals actually use.

How we teach

The curriculum is written by a licensed Florida commercial real estate broker, from real transaction experience across the major asset classes. Straight, current, and practical.
